If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then there are a few things that you need to know about audio systems before you buy one.

So, here are some tips on how to choose the right car sound system for your Audi, generated with thanks to www.leasecar.co.uk.

1) First, you should take note of the speakers. An amplifier should produce a high quality of sound out of the audio speaker and will cut out any distortion and noise to give you good quality sound. Make sure that the amplifier is mounted in a car location that will achieve a good air flow and will not get wet.

2) The next consideration is the speakers. The size of the speaker should conform to your car size because too much of a magnet may produce a low quality of sound in smaller cars. However, you should stick to a budget, only buy speakers that you can afford and only get speakers that are compatible with your Audi. When shopping for speakers and amplifiers it's easy to get carried away, so remember your budget.

3) What about automatic volume control? Automatic volume control enables the audio system to control the volume capacity and compensate for wind and speed audio interference. This is a feature you may want to make sure is available on the audio systems you are looking at.

4) What about the add-ons? Thanks to modern technology, advances, today's newly developed sound systems are much more versatile and efficient compared to previous models. Recent advancements include GPS ability, or mapping system for directions, audio/video display set up and Bluetooth ready devices.

5) If you're feeling a bit lost, go to your local Audi car parts shop and ask an expert. You can then move onto the next store and compare their advice. This can be the only way to check if their advice is reliable or if they're just trying to flog you a stereo. Shopping around is the best way of getting the right stereo for you at a good price.

6) Don't mess with the electronics. Unless you are a qualified electrician it is not advisable that you alter the electronics of your Audi. Instead hire a qualified electrician, which could cost anything from 100 to 200 pounds.

7) However, it could be that purchasing a new stereo isn't your only option. Although installing a new stereo into your Audi could help to modernise it, it is not always the best way to increase your driving experience. This is because sometimes your Audi won't be modern enough to handle a top of the range stereo. If this is your situation then you might prefer to buy or lease a vehicle that comes with a brand new audio system. For example, leasing an Audi from www.leasecar.co.uk could allow you to replace your Audi with the latest model.

If you follow this advice then hopefully you will make the right decision when it comes to selecting and then installing a new hi-fi system in your Audi.
