Australian Student Visa and Spouse Visa Australia
Australian student visa allow international students to travel and live in Australia while undertaking a full-time course of study. To be granted a student visa you must satisfy the visa requirements and conditions. To be accepted to study on a student visa in Australia you will need to demonstrate a sufficient level of English language proficiency and meet minimum academic requirements.

• Subclass 570 independent ELICOS is for international students undertaking English language course as a stand-alone course and not as a prerequisite to commencing another course.
• Subclass 571 schools is for those undertaking a course of study at a primary school or secondary, including both junior and senior secondary and an approved secondary exchange program.
• Subclass 572 vocational education and training covers certificate I, II, III, IV, diploma and advanced diploma.
• Subclass 573 higher educations cover a bachelor degree, associate degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma and master by course work.
• Subclass 574 post graduate research covers a master’s degree by research and doctoral degrees.
• Subclass 575 non award covers foundation, bridging or other courses that do not lead to the award of a degree, diploma or other formal award.
• Subclass 576 AusAID or defense sponsored covers full-time study undertaken by AusAID sponsored by the Australian government.
Spouse visa Australia is for those who are married to an Australian citizen or permanent residence. If you were married in a country other than Australia, your marriage will be recognized as valid under Australian law if it is valid in that country. If you lodge your application outside Australia, you must be outside Australia when the temporary visa is granted. If you are granted on a temporary visa you will have permission to travel to and from Australia and lodge for Medicare.
After 2 years of spouse visa Australia you will be assessed for the grant of permanent visa. If you lodge your application outside Australia, you may be either outside or inside when the permanent visa is granted. If you lodge your application in Australia, you must be in Australia when the permanent visa is granted. In other cases you may be granted the permanent visa without having to fulfill the usual 2 years waiting period if at the time you apply you have been in a spouse relationship with your partner for 4 years or more, or 2 years and more where you have dependant children or your spouse was given a protection visa under the humanitarian program.
