Motorola is on a great build these days, this time they have come up with QUENCH XT5, which can be considered as the elder sibling of QUENCH XT. The phones are quite similar leaving the fact that XT5 has got the fixed focus camera of around 5.0 megapixels in place of the 3.2 megapixel camera that the XT3 has got. The phone even supports the inbuilt FM radio, the feature which is lacking in XT3. The phone supports the capacitive touchscreen of about 3.2-inch offering the resolution of about 320 x 480 pixel resolution. In addition to the Qualcomm MSM7227 processor of 600 MHz and the RAM of 256MB, the phone supports the inbuilt memory of 512MB. There is also the microSD card that allows for further memory expansion. The phone accompanies 2GB card and the memory can be expanded up till 32GB. Further the phone supports Bluetooth v2.1, GSM 3G, HSPA, A-GPS connectivity and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g. To conclude, it is operational over the Android 2.1 Éclair.

With the launch of this phone, it appears that Motorola want to be the Android top dog, for achieving the title they are not just coming up with the remarkable high end smart phones such as Atrixes, but even the phones that take into consideration the wallets of potential buyers.
