Girls that are trying to gain weight usually have a tough time looking for the correct information. You must be fed up with the dieting gurus and TV programs that are constantly telling you how you can lose weight but pretty much ignore those trying to gain weight. The first thing you need to do before you begin your weight gain journey is to write up a weight gain plan. A weight gain plan will help you by guiding you towards what needs to be done in order to gain weight in the fastest time possible. A plan will help to eliminate doubt, procrastination, confusion on what needs to be achieved as well as eliminating activities that waste your time and also distract you from hitting your weight gain target.

Your weight gain plan should include exactly how much weight you would like to gain, what exercises to do as well as which days to work out and what foods to eat. By putting together a specific plan to gain weight you’ll hit your target much quicker than if you didn’t do so.

The best time to go to bed is before 10pm as muscle building hormones are released such as IGF-1 (Insulin like Growth Factor-1), HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and Testosterone as well as Melatonin between the hours of 11pm and 1am.

For many girls, gaining weight is not an easy process. However, following these simple strategies and techniques should give you an advantage in your weight gain mission. Remember to eat properly, exercise, and get plenty of rest. Above all, don’t forget that you are perfect the way you are right now and don’t have to gain weight or lose weight to impress anyone.
