Every one go through ups and downs but people suffering from bipolar disorder go through from peaks and valleys. Family support along with the doctor’s treatment will help the patient to cope up and come out of the problem. Family treatment combined with the support and study about the disorder will enable to overcome the odds of symptoms returning. Diagnose of the bipolar disorder is dependent upon the cause of the disorder and the condition of the patient. Your health care provider may conduct several test and studies on you so as to provide you with the best treatment. You health care provider might ask you about you family medical history in order to know if anyone has or had bipolar disorder or not. S/he will also conduct a thorough examination to know about illness or the cause of illness. Make sure you take your medical history along with you or tell your doctor if you are taking any medicines and also keep a check on your mood swing as well for how for long it lasts, as your doctor might ask you all this for further treatment
