While we have many good companies manufacturing both these, computers are assembled by many people in recent times. On the other hand, assembling laptops is relatively lesser compared to computers. Few companies that manufacture computers are Dell and Hewlett Packard. There are many other companies as well. Few good companies that manufacture laptops are Dell, Toshiba, and HP-Compaq. Another important factor is that laptops are manufactured standard components, which most computers do not have.

As the demand for laptops and computers are increasing day by day. Computers and laptops used to come with standard colors like black and grey. This gets a cosmetic appearance and customers have started to like these colors. One of the remarkable colors that are now available in the markets currently is Pink.

If we look at the trend in people buying laptops and computers, we find that laptops mainly are mainly used by business people and students. On the other hand computers are used mainly used in corporate, researchers and educational systems as well. However, the concept of buying laptops or computers depends entirely on the usage. However, many people try and get computers as they are lot cheaper. Laptops also have similar demand as they are preferred by young men and women as they are easily portable.

Coming to the entertainment aspect, both computers and laptops can be used to the entertainment. Laptops can be carried along during an excursion and we can play music and watch movies while away from home. While at home, computers have an advantage over the screens, even though laptops also offer large screens. We can connect a desk to huge monitors while gaming. We can experience this while we are playing video games at home. The joy of looking at large screens give more pleasure that those with small screens. Although laptops and computers have disadvantages, these can be over come through simple methods.

•Most of us believe that buying a laptop is quite expensive. This is because we always want to go for the best ones. This entirely depends on the usage. If our usage is only for browsing through the net, then a simple laptop would do and we don’t have to pay much for these simple laptops.

•Instead, we can go ahead with quite expensive desktops. Through these we can watch lot of programs, music videos and movies. We get monitors on high definitions and get you more excitement.

•Laptops are quite fragile compared to the desktops. They tend to break easily when dropped. Therefore it is always safe to carry a laptop bag. A laptop may get spoilt when we spill something on it as well. Hence do not place a liquid while using your laptop
