CSS and XHTML usually does not require any programming skill but in some cases, you will have to do some inner coding to adjust the back end layout of your web page. Above mentioned software are used to create static web pages but for dynamic web pages, a web designer will have to learn the software like PHP and MYSQL. In addition to all above mentioned software there are some more tips which are required to make your client happy for example you should try to listen to them and fulfil their desires as much as you can.
