Ganga River, Rishikesh: popularly known as the rafting capital of India, Rishikesh has been thronged by thousands of rafting enthusiasts from far and wide. With mixed rapids from level I to V, rafting in Rishikesh is for all – from experienced rafters to novice ones. In a distance of 36km from Kaudiyala, there are 12 major rapids to cross over. However the real fun starts from Shivpuri which is the most courageous and exciting stretch. The final point is Brahpuri where one can enjoy some fun-filled activities like surfing and cliff jumping. Moreover, Rishikesh tour is famous for camping, birding and religious sightseeing in the area.

Teesta River, Sikkim: An experience like never before, rafting here lets you explore astounding beauty of nature and amazing species of birds and plants along the river. The great Ranjit and upper Ranjit are two tributaries of Teesta, which offer great opportunities for whitewater rafting. Special permits are required for foreign travelers. The grade range from IV to V and the best time to visit here is between October and April.
