Construction industry makes use of different equipment to complete various undergoing projects. These equipments assist in the construction process and are an essential component of the construction industry. cement mixer is a device that is used to combine cement along with sand, gravel and water to form a concrete. This mixer is in the form of a revolving drum that continuously revolves to prepare uniform mixture of the components. They are used at various construction sites to mix and prepare large amounts for use before it dries up and hardens.

An increasing demand for the production of ready-mix concrete has not only reduced the mixing time but has also saved huge labor costs involved in the mixing process. Today various types of mixers are available in the market and you can choose the one which best suits you your requirement and budgetary estimates. There are twin shaft mixers which are known for their high intensity mixing and short mixing times. These mixers are used for high strength concrete, RCC and SCC. Vertical axis mixers on the other hand are used for precast and pre stressed concrete. This mixer cleans well between batches and is favored for colored concrete and multiple discharge points.

The drum mixers are the most widely used ones and can process large volumes of concrete. Ideal for slump concrete, they are also low in maintenance as well as operating cost. Provided with wheels for ease in maneuverability, these mixers can be conveniently moved from one place to another within the construction site. These mixers allow the user to produce the exact amount of concrete needed for the job as opposed to make an estimated amount before hand and discarding it later on. These mixers can also make multiple mix designs from a single truck load.

These mixers can even be used for construction in the remote areas where it is difficult to carry heavy mixers within the stipulated time frame. These mixers do not require any chemicals or additional water to set down the set process of concrete. These cement mixers are ideal for every construction project and are really helpful giving you the desired results.
