Vodafone apologized for the mobile service failure
There are many network providers who sometimes had to face very severe failure problem which becomes a great issue of the town. So same is in the case of Vodafone mobile users as they have experienced a terrific mobile failure and the company has apologized from all of its worldwide customers.
The company also declared that the fault would be erected within 48 hours so there is no need to worry. Vodafone mobile phone operators are terribly criticized by MSP after a loss in the biggest town of Scottish Borders. In Hawick the absence of services was simply unacceptable moreover this similar incident of the network problem took place in Jedburgh in the month of October 2011.
A Vodafone spokesman also apologized for the loss and has given an assurance to their users. This is for the second time that the incident of the network failure happens again which in turn results in lack communication among thousands of people in Hawick. The people are shouting that such an issue should be sorted out very soon and at any cost. They also said that it is very true that we do not reside near a big city so it does not mean that we suffer from all such issues or people living near the borders should face such mobile service disaster every time. They also said that the mobiles are the necessity of every person and living without it is quite impossible for all the people.
People tried to contact with Vodafone and demanded them to set right the services and run them immediately. A spokesman apologized on behalf of the company and said that it is very frustrating on losing the mobile service. The loss of the mobile service is due to the faulty link at one of the sites in the town which causes the disconnection of the service in the rest of the areas. The fault has been identified and the problem has to be rectified by repairing a dish link. The lab our tried twice on the site at the Easter weekend but was not able to set it right. But now after many attempts they are giving assurance that the matter would be sort out within 48 hours.
