How to deal with acne and pimples
Pimples and acne leads to the loss of self esteem of a person. The pimples and acne‘s are more common among teenagers. The main characteristic of the pimple is red or yellow inflammation on the skin. Sometimes these pimples are filled with paste unnecessary touching and squeezing leads to the further aggravation of the pimples.
Causes of Acne
The acnes are caused due to the presence of excess oils on the skin. The excess oils leads to the clogging of the pores which leads to infection thus producing acnes. Hormonal changes that occur in puberty and menstrual cycle leads to the development of pimples. The problem of pimples settles once the hormonal changes settle. Some medicines like lithium, iodides, bromides, steroids etc. leads to the worsening of the pimples. Washing and squeezing in excess of the pimples leads to the aggravation of the pimples problem.
Acne and pimple cure
The main thing for the cure of acne is to control the excess oils of the whole body. The excess oil of hair has to be under control and this can be done by washing your hair timely. Maintain proper hygiene with your face, body and hair.
Balanced diet should be taken so that the body gets the vitamins and minerals that are required to maintain the health of the skin.Garlics and onions are a rich source of sulphur which is good for the treatment of acne.B-complex vitamins and vitamin C capsules are very good for the growth and vitality of the skin.
Antioxidants that will prevent the skin from outside damage can be obtained through vitamin E supplements. Drink at least seven to eight glasses of water.
Try to use gentle and herbal facial cleansers and moisturizer. Some specially made acne and pimples soaps and creams can be used to decrease the chances of acne. You should totally avoid using oily cosmetics and creams that contain socetyl stearate, isopropyl isostearate, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, parabens and sodium chloride as they tend to aggravate the problem of acne. Try to wear as much make up as suits you and you can carry easily.
Cucumber and ripe tomatoes pulp can be applied on the acne affected area for an hour to treat acne.Add some turmeric powder to mint or coriander juice on the pimple to cure them.Crush some neem leaves and then add turmeric powder and water to it to make a paste and apply for half an hour on the acne. This is a very good for the cure of acne and pimple.
Tips for dealing with acne
Shaving – Shaving lead to the exfoliation of the skin and removes the dead epidermis from the skin.This is the reason that women are more prone to pimples. They can opt for shaving as it will remove all the blackheads and whiteheads.
Hygiene –The hygiene of the skin should be maintained by proper washing of the face at frequent intervals so that no excess oils stays on the skin .Ingredients of the cleansers should be gentle and they should not have anything scratchy
Exercise –Try to make your life stress free and stress can be relieved by doing yoga and exercise. If you are under stress then it will definitely affect your skin.
