People inclined towards a gluten-free diet should keep in mind that lip sticks, lip balms may also contain gluten.
Several grains and starch form the gluten-free diet. The popular ones are potatoes, rice and tapioca. Pure buckwheat, gram flour derived from chick peas are accepted gluten-free food products. This diet is inclusive of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. However, gluten-free bread is also available; they are made using ground flours and may not be very fluffy.

Presence of many gluten-free food stores in all parts of the world has paved the way for easy access to these products. It is possible for diet conscious and coeliac diseased people to avail everything they want from these quality outlets.
