Your skin in the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60s

The best time to start using top anti wrinkle creams is in your 30’s. Some women may not experience any anti aging sign at this age yet. However, others may start noticing wrinkles and fine lines around their mouth and eyes. According to dermatologists at the Columbia University, women with dark skin usually notice uneven skin tone and discoloration. On the other hand, women with fair skin usually notice brown spots (hyperpigmentation) and redness on their skin.

The 30’s

As you enter the 30’s, skin gets finer and thinner because of a loss of collagen in the skin and a slowdown in the cell function. This creates dull complexion too. Good exfoliants take care of the dullness. They remove the layer of dead cells on the surface and leave your skin feeling clean and fresh.

You need to be regular in your daily skin care, which includes cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Apart from this, use a cream that contains Hyaluronic Acid. This acid is present in the body and has excellent water holding capacity. As you age, its level decreases. Using a cream containing this acid replenishes your skin cells with moisture and brings the level of this acid to its normal. Once the cells become hydrated, they start functioning normally again and boost collagen production. This automatically restores your skin’s youth.

At no cost must you forget to wear sunscreen. The sun is the biggest cause of signs of aging. Its ultraviolet A and B rays penetrate into your dermis (middle layer of the skin) and damage it permanently. The rays kill your skin cells and destroy every process that maintains your youth. This leads to all sorts of aging signs.

The 40’s

When aging begins to grip you, it means those tanning hours at the beach are now showing the effect. You will soon notice cumulative damage from the sun in the form of red or brown spots, blotchiness, uneven skin tone, and more. This is the right age to start using a body firming cream. Of course, your daily skin care is going to stay. You must also start using a night cream that works on your wrinkles while you catch your beauty sleep.

The 50’s

So what if you are in your 50’s? You can still prevent sun damage and stop your skin from aging further. Your cell function becomes slower; your skin loses more elasticity; and the production of collagen almost comes to a halt. You will notice that your expression lines stay even after you stop squinting or smiling. If you check your nose and cheeks carefully, you will find enlarged pores. Spider veins, sun damage spots, and hyper pigmentation become visible.

At this age, you will also undergo menopause, which may bring a set of skin problems with it. This includes acne, dryness, and rosacea. You need nothing less than the top anti wrinkle creams to deal with all signs of aging.

The 60’s and the 70’s is the time for aging! The signs that you notice in your earlier years become more visible. Wrinkles become more pronounced. However, if you have been using anti aging creams regularly, you can still maintain a glow on your face. Use top anti wrinkle creams without fail, twice a day.
