What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a specialized coating type that is usually referred to as paint in the form of powder. The Thermoplastic type need not undertake any further reactions during the baking process and flows onto the final coating; whereas the thermosetting type reacts with other chemical group in the powder to form a polymerize effect enhancing the performance of the properties. The most used polymers in powder coating include polyurethane, straight epoxy, polyester-epoxy and acrylics.

Removal of Powder Coating :

This particular solvent is considered to offer the desired and effective result, as to other organic solvents like, thinners or acetone. The coat can also be removed via abrasive blasting.
