What is auto-dialing technique?

Auto Dialing or the auto Dialer technology that dials the phone numbers of the prospective customers automatically. This is actually software or an electronic system that enhance the dialing process without making the caller indulge in rigorous manual calling. The system dials the number of the customer and when the customer responses to the call an auto generated, pre-recorded message is played or the call is directly transferred to an online caller to take on the interaction process from there on.

Auto Dialing and Voice Broadcasting

The process of playing the pre-recorded message when the caller takes the call is often called “voice broadcasting” or the “robocalling” system. This is also called as the message broadcasting method. This system is widely used by many of the business concerns more specifically by the medical institutes and the health care concerns to fix the appointments and remind the callers of the same, in order to take orders and to notify the clients and the customers of the updates.

How does the voice broadcasting works?

When there is a voice broadcasting installed in the system then the system asks the person to press any button of the phone keypad and select the option of his choice. This type of process ia termed as “outbound Interactive Voice Response.”

The uniqueness of the Auto Dialer technology

The most important aspect of the auto dialing method is the ability of the software to select the live human customer and correspondingly answering them. Though it vouches to be the best process, yet it fails at times to become 100% accurate.
