Progressive and Power Phone Dialing by Outbound call center

There are different ways to make the calls and they execute according to the demand and the goals of the company they are serving. The main aim of the telemarketing concept of dialing is to draw more customers. Most of the automated calling procedures need not indulge the caller making manual calls to the prospect.

The main aim of the callers is to enhance the lead generation and to make sure that they are given the scope to carry on the bespoke campaigns to make their products and the services available to the targeted customers. Most of the dialing techniques adopted by the call centers are unique and helps the callers and the clients reach over a global client.

The tele callers who make the calls are highly skilled and they know the right way to make the calls. Among many of the calling procedures, Most of the outbound call center adopts the progressive dialing method as the callers can carry the outbound calling campaigns and other surveys easily. Some of the other forms of dialing techniques that are initiated by the call centers are like the power dialing, preview dialing, predictive dialing and the manual dialing process.

The callers, who carry out the calls, are trained and they have the right knowledge to approach the customers. They know the right language and the tone to use so that they can motivate the callers to buy the products and the services.

Progressive dialing is an automated dialing process that renders automated calling solution stop the customers and to the clients. This helps the callers get the detailed contact information about the customer they are calling. They gather the details before making the calls to the phone numbers as this makes it easy for them to interact with the customers. The callers review the contact before the call launches.

This mode of making the call is very helpful and the speed and the flow of the call are maintained by the head of the center but not by the callers. Though the callers get the chance to have a detailed knowledge of the customer, yet he does not have the hold on the call. However, the other name to this call is Forced Preview Dialing.

The other name for progressive dialing is the power dialing method and some of the facilities as generated by the power dialing methods are:

1.This has an advantage as the callers get a pre-recorded message and then if he finds the deal to be interesting then the call is transferred to the callers who will talk about the details on the product and the services. Moreover, this method of calling is faster and does not make the caller hurry to make the calls.

2.This helps in avoiding mistakes. There are at time instances when the caller makes mistakes when he tries to make the calls but as the system is fully automated, the system selects the calls as fed by the caller previously. This helps the caller to have a better understanding of the prospect and deal with it accordingly.
