d) The applicant should possess assets worth AUD 1, 00,000 in order to settle in Australia.
e) The applicant with or without his/her partner should have total net assets worth AUD 8, 00,000 and should be capable of transferring it to Australia within two years after obtaining the visa.
f) The applicant must undergo health examination to meet the health standards of Australia.
g) The applicant must provide penal clearance certificate in order to prove their good character.
h) The applicant must notify the appropriate regional authority of the state in which he/she is hoping to make an investment.
i) The applicant must possess a successful business career.
j) The applicant must sign the Australian value statement thus proclaiming to confirm to the Australian way of life and its law procedures.
k) Provide proof of language proficiency either by:
• Undertaking the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and achieving an individual score of 5 or more in every aspect of that exam, or
• Holding a NAATI accredition.
The visa provided under Senior Executive (Provisional) Visa category is temporary in nature having a validity of four years. The applicant is eligible of converting this into a permanent Business Skills Visa only after completing all the obligations and additional requirements under this program. It may take more than two years to accomplish all the requirements concerning the visa program. If found eligible then the applicant can apply for either as a Business Owner or as a State Sponsored Business Owner for permanent residency in Australia. The Senior Executive (Provisional) Visa program enables the applicant to take his/her family and other dependents to Australia but does not cover them under several Federal programs like Medicare and social security.
