Furnished or Unfurnished Property:

You are not duty bound in case of furnished or unfurnished property so you are free from the law. If you want to give accommodation to rent then it is totally your will whether you want to furnish your property or not. But it is better for you to take the advice from the letting agent because the furnished property appeals to the tenant more.
