The landlord should make sure that his property is wind and watertight with reliable appliances and efficient heating system. Moreover the landlord should be careful about the maintenance of the house. It is necessary that landlord should make sure that his property is in good quality condition. A well maintained property can help to get the high rent. If any property wants to care in the case of repairing then it should be repaired immediately before to endanger to anyone. The law has also laid down some gas, electric and furnishing requirements which must be met.
