Save Tax on Purchase from Duty Free Store
In order to live our lives we need many goods that can make our life easy and comfortable. Every time whenever we plan to buy something new the very first thing that hits our brain is the price. It also happens that in some cases we cannot afford to buy the desired article looking at its price tag. So we have to limit ourselves within a budget. So we often have to search a duty free store where we can get the desired article for which we are looking for. In case of these duty free stores we need not to pay the tax component. In this way we can save some amount which in turn we can invest for some other purpose. So we can live comfortably within our budget without sacrificing our desires and wishes.
According to the law and regulations of any country the human beings pay a component of tax while buying any goods or article. This component of tax is indirect tax and there is no possibility of evasion in case of these types of tax as the price that you pay for a commodity includes the tax amount which is again calculated as a percentage of total cost or price. But there are some places or some big stores where the tax part is nil on any article and the ultimate consumer would not pay any tax amount on the purchase from here. According to Government policies these stores need not to pay any tax amount to the government and the free tax store can expand its business. Though the main attraction of a duty free store is the nil tax but at the same time the quality of the goods should never be sacrificed. The customers would never like to visit such stores where the quality is not up to the mark. Hence, the store owners should always set up certain business goals like other stores. They should keep it in mind that only the nil tax payment cannot lead to high business growth. In order to achieve the target sales percentage or that level of growth the upper management should always discuss among themselves about the business strategy goals etc. and thereby be careful to perform all of the necessary steps that would lead to success. Also they should be well aware about the choice and taste of the customers. The business should run in accordance with customers’ choice and it should b the only driving factor behind any type of business.
Also in cases of tobacco loving people we often found that they are very brand conscious and cannot live a day without that particular brand. So in cases of these types of people they would visit the duty free store and search for the brand. Also they pay no tax on these items in cases when the cigarettes are purchased from the nil duty shops. On these tobacco items the customers do not need to pay any tax amount when purchased from these stores. So the consumption rate would remain the same but the price paid would be less.
