On the other hand, I was convinced that meditation really works even on children.

We think meditation is basically meant for adults, but we are wrong in our thoughts. Even children do meditation and the best part is that it works on them better. In fact, it is valuable to teach children meditation as they can get much benefit from being taught it. With the help of meditation your child will be able to lead a stress free life. Meditation is helpful for the children in many ways such as, it creates a sense of being relaxed, receptive and present in your kid’s mind which is also called as alpha state.
