During his childhood, Tiger Woods started playing golf when he was just two years old and he learned how to play in such a way that he defeated his father in a golf game when he was just eleven years old. He kept on playing and ultimately became the youngest U.S. junior amateur champion ever in 1991. In fact, he won many amateur titles and finally in the year 1996 he became a professional golf player and won the first Masters of his life in 1997.

Tiger Woods went on playing but everything was not going on smoothly as he had to face many ups and downs in life because his knee was injured and he had to go through a knee surgery and as a result his game was greatly affected. He came back to play after the surgery but he could not play for the entire season in the year 2008 due to another knee surgery.

Then everything was alright and he won many events in 2009 until when breaking news about Tiger Woods being involved in many marital infidelities started hitting the headlines. This was the time when he had to through a very difficult phase. Due to this he had to drop out of the game for a certain period of time. There were marital disputes due to the above mentioned reason and ultimately his marriage came to an end. Now he has returned to the game again. It will take some time for Tiger Woods to regain his lost position. His fans are hoping for the best as they want him to become World’s No-1 golfer again.

Therefore, nobody can deny the fact that Tiger Woods is one of the best golf players in the world.
