If you are a surfer, scuba diver, canoeist or wind surfer you are certainly knowledgeable about wetsuits, the outer garments that are made of neoprene. Your wetsuit must have a snug fit on you or else, the water will get in between your skin and the suit allowing the water and heat to escape.
