The natural sources of aromatic compounds are derived from flowers, leaves, fruits, twigs and there are also some animal sources through which aromatic compounds are extracted. There are also synthetic perfumes in which chemicals are used in different methods to produce a particular fragrance.

With the increase in demand for perfumes from cheap brands designer fragrances are also catching up. Perfumes are released on the name of the celebrity like an actor or actress. Designer perfumes are also released to mark a particular occasion. Also one can get a combination of mix of aromas as per his wish and can get them branded on their names. This is generally done by celebrities.

Designer fragrances from famous brands like Calvin Klein, Fendi are the costliest ones. Using a designer fragrance has become a symbol of status for many. In contrast, there are cheap brands used by common man to satisfy his desire of using perfumes.
