Bajaj bikes have been one of the best ones in the market since a very long time. They have launched a number of new products in the same industry and have still done well. The latest among these would be the Bajaj avenger 220. Let us take an overlook about what it has and what it does not.

This bike is the latest launch in the field. The only difference that can be seen between this one and its predecessor which is the Avenger 200 would be the engine. There is nothing more that has been changed. There are minute changes that it has gone through. These would be in the riding position and the comfort level that it gives. It is very well suited for the city conditions. It would not be the ideal bike for those who are interested in checking the fuel gauge very often. There is a new fuel gauge that has been out into the Avenger 220. This is seated over the fuel tank.

There are a few features that are considered to be classic for these bikes. They include the Round headlamp, simple fairing-less front profile chrome-finished single pod instrument with a cluster all exuding old-world charm. It also has the multi-spiked, chrome-plated wheels; rectangular rear view mirrors, aluminum levers and shiny handle bar weight add more glamour to this cruiser, and the bullet machismo like a windshield.

The engine of the Bajaj bike is one of the best now. The only rival that it has on the same ground would be the Royal Enfield. There is maximum speed production of about 18 Bhp the rate of about 8100 RPM. There is a maximum torque of 17.5NM at 7000 RPM. This is almost the same as the pulsar 220. There is a 5 speed gear box that it comes in. This is found to be every smooth in nature. There is a very positive feel that is getting during the ride and there is a very crisp performance that is seen. There is a greater and wider power spread ability that is being provided.

There are a number of shades that it comes in. It can be Plasma Blue, cocktail Wine Red, midnight Black and misty Gray Silver. The ride and the handling of the bike are also done in a good way. The Bajaj Avenger 220 price is around INR 77000. It is very much affordable to the people who are interested in this bike.
