Whey is a by-product of cow’s milk. Therefore, this product has a certain quantity of lactose. People who are allergic to lactose can develop rashes and other whey protein side effects from the lactose.

Increased intake of such products can lead to osteoporosis and there are changes that happen in the bones. Due to the various changes in tissues and muscles bones through go through various changes, and too much consumption is not healthy.
