The rating may change throughout the period till maturity based on the demand and rate of interest prevailing in the market.
The trading in corporate bond is quite huge in the market. The daily trading is huge and as the market becomes more unstable the demand for this rather more secured investment increases. The bonds have many benefits. The first of them is safety. In case you are looking for a long term investment these are quite good because at the end of the tenure you are going to get at least the money that you had invested. You will go on getting regular interest each year which will result in a regular income.
