Installing a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System
At Ayers Water Systems, we are specialists in water well drilling and repair, as well as in water purification—including iron filtration, water softening, and reverse osmosis drinking water systems. With a reverse osmosis drinking water system, you can ensure that your body is hydrated in the best way it can be. Many people purchase bottled water in order to gain access to some of that highly desired top and pure drinking water, unknowingly only contributing to the poorer quality of their water. The plastic bottles can get out of hand, and can contribute to chemicals in the water. Our drilling capabilities are also quite notable. This is meant to be the plain and simple truth. We have simply been at this business for long enough to know the contours of the earth and to know what goes into a given situation, how long it will take, and what work will be required. With our certainty, you will be able to rest assured that your job will be completed with pride, professionalism, and great efficiency. This water well drilling practice is our Ayers Water System difference. You are sure to feel it! And your body is sure to thank you, with your reverse osmosis drinking water and ice cubes, especially on a hot summer’s day when you really need to hydrate well.
There was a study done by a Canadian scientist working in Germany, as documented and reported on by CBC news in December 2006. The study involved 132 brands of bottled water from 28 countries produced in containers made from polyethylene terephthalate, or PET. Over long periods of time, the plastic will release small amounts of chemicals into the water, which are harmful to human health. There were findings of Antimony, which is a white metallic element that will be fatal in large doses, and can cause nausea, dizziness, and depression in smaller doses. The plastic leaches chemicals over time, as the water breaks it down very slowly. Even if you drank the water quickly, the thought of chemicals in your water supply is enough to convince many people to simply buy a reverse osmosis drinking water system, to avoid the health and money costs altogether. Additionally, maybe you’re not concerned with your water, but remember that there are many places where chemicals leach into our food and consumption supplies, meaning that when more and more chemicals build up, your body will negatively react. If you can eliminate the threat when possible, do so. The study shows that these chemicals are often under the levels that are deemed dangerous, but regardless, there are no chemicals in a reverse osmosis drinking water system, so it seems apparent that this may be a benefit.
