Temporary shelters do what they say on the tin. Essentially these are buildings that can be rapidly constructed and then taken down just as easily to be stored or transport. These have a huge number of benefits allowing you to avoid having to go through lengthy construction periods and helping you to create a lot less mess and waste thus being kinder to the environment. Of course portable shelters are also beneficial in that they cost much less to construct and in that they can come with you when you move home. Here then we will look at some of the different types of portable shelters and how they can be useful.

Sheds and Portable Greenhouses: For your back garden having a shed and or a greenhouse is highly practical. The former allows you to store all of your items in one place conveniently while the latter gives you the ability to grow plants and vegetables that perhaps don't thrive in normal temperatures. In both cases having a temporary solution means you don't have to have your whole back garden ruined to have them installed, and it also means you can bring your sheds and portable greenhouses with you when you move. The latter point is particularly handy when it comes to portable greenhouses as it means that you don't have waste your hard work and you can continue to tend to the very same plants.

Party Canopy: A party canopy is a great way to turn your back garden into somewhere to host a party. This way you can enjoy partying outdoors which will mean that you can have louder music on without upsetting the neighbors, will mean you can avoid having your belongings destroyed, and will mean you have more space and the fun vibe that comes from being outside. At the same time though by using a party canopy you can stay dry and keep your food protected from wasps and wind that blows dirt – which are big downsides when you have garden parties without some form of party tents.

Wedding Tents: And of course party tents also lend themselves ideally to weddings and are a great way to save money and make the whole day a lot more 'home made' feeling. Why spend thousands for a cold conference room when you can completely freely enjoy a party somewhere that is naturally beautiful and that hopefully has some kind sentimental meaning to you.

Instant Garage: An instant garage allows you to keep your car protected and under shelter when you might otherwise have had to leave it parked on the side of the road or potentially just in your drive. In either of these situations you leave your car exposed to the elements and potential theft, but not everyone can afford, or has room, to build a permanent garage which is why an instant garage can be so useful.

Disaster Relief Tents: These are tents that are erected at sites of emergency or natural disaster giving a base for aid workers as well as somewhere for victims to recover safely.
