The most common medical condition of today’s time is back pain. It is the most difficult and complicated problem both for patients and doctors. The most difficult part of back pain is to understand the root cause of back pain and the right kind of treatment. Without proper understanding of the cause of back pain it is difficult to suggest the treatment. Here are the different causes of back pain:

• Triggering of muscles spasm is the common cause of low back pain. It can happen to anyone and anytime. In most of the cases patients get relief within a few weeks of treatment.

• Due to aging, spinal stenosis causes back pain. As the age grows the spinal canal becomes constricted, and result to arthritis. If the spinal canal becomes too rigid. It causes back pain.

• Though arthritis generally causes joint pains, but it can affect the small joints of the spinal.

• Spondylolisthesis is the main cause of back pain because adjacent vertebra becomes unbalanced and begins toslip. The most common cause of spondylolisthesis is due to degenerative changes causing loss of the normal stabilizing structures of the spinal column.

• Osteoporosis is the other reason of back pain. It causes weak bones that further leads to these fractures.

As in most of the situation the back pain lasts a few days, and patients get relief within afew days. As the treatment varies, most of the patients recover completely by simply taking some precautions to their spine. Patients get relief from basic treatments such as ice, heat, and medications. If these basic treatments do not bring desired results then next step is to consult the doctor. After observing the condition and seriousness of your problem your physician can suggest you the proper treatment. Spine surgery is the last option for treatment of back pain when simple steps do not resolve the problem. Lase spine surgery is the latest method spine surgery.
