Summer Training 2012 Can Be a Turning Point in Your Career
As the quality and demand of engineering students are falling at a rapid speed in the present IT and other markets. All thanks to increasing number of engineering colleges every year. As the number of engineering colleges are increasing, the quality of engineering graduates are getting lesser and lesser day by day. The major reason behind the poor quality of engineering candidates is they are lacking in their technical attainments, because there are a very few quality engineering professors and experts who are only serving to renowned institutions like IIT'S and NIIT's. And other engineering colleges are hiring mostly fresher technical graduates for teaching purpose in their engineering colleges. Majority of the freshers lecturer and experts themselves lacks technical skills, being a fresher.
As result, it has been announced by all technical providing universities in India that it is compulsory for all engineering students of all stream to submit their summer training certificates before entering the final year. As the time between third year and final year is considered to be the most important for students, as they find it very difficult to update their technical skills after this time slot. Because students remains very busy in their project work and semester exams during their final year. In fact, students having less technical information about their domain struggles alot during preparing their project work. And final project has a very good weightage in the marking scheme of final year, which can improve or disgrade the over all percentage of the students. So should be done properly.
For summer training students can go for training and development companies, where they can works as a technical trainee on live project, which these training and development companies are working. The major benefits of doing summer training in private training and development instead of Government undertaking firm is these training and development pay extra attention on training of students because these organization provides these training on payment basis. Another major reasons is utmost vulnerabilty on technologies. Students get to know about certain tools and methodologies which are only used in corporate sector. These companies also provides chance to their meritorious trainees to become a part of their company. All these benefits are missing while doing summer training in other organization bacause no one takes pain for students training, whereas the major motive of well reputated training company is to render quality technical training to students. These organization also certifies their students with certification which works as a proof of technical well being of a students, so these training companies put their best efforts while training students because students further show these certification in other companies for jobs perspective. And if a students fails to delivery upto the mark, it is a bad mark on company. So company leave no stone unturn during their training programs.
Top leading training and development companies are starting their summer training 2012 by first week of May, interested students must enroll themselves as soon as possible, as these companies have limited seats for intern and trainees.
