Electronics is a ever green branch for the students who wants to do engineering because the demand of electronics goods always remain in demand. Every year many electronics appliances are launched and do business of millions and billions all around the world. There is a perfect reason behind this is electronics appliances has made our lives luxurious and comfortable. Electronics devices like microwave oven, disc washers, air conditioners, and many more electronics devices has proved to be very time saving to the human being. As everyone is running short of time and somehow and somewhere don't have time to perform daily basis activities themselves. That is why electronics appliance were, are and will in great insistence. Electronics appliances and devices have become a very essential part of our daily lives.

But very few people knows which technology is being used for developing electronics devices and appliances. Embedded system is one of the technology which is being widely used in electronics product development. Embedded systems are all around us in the form of electronics appliances. As most of the electronics appliances are designed to perform certain task within mention deadlines of time so embedded system technology is being used in these appliances. Because embedded system is a electronics technology which was specially designed for developing electronics application with automatics features to be performed with certain period of time. Clear fundamentals of embedded system is the very first and top priority of the top companies dealing in electronics development while hiring students for engineering colleges. But somehow is not possible for engineering colleges to provide quality education on embedded system technology. Because to teaching embedded system in colleges need to have embedded system development lab or cell. This is quite not possible for engineering colleges to have their own embedded system development lab and is the main reason behind students not having sound fundamentals of embedded system.

But in the present times, students manages to get upgrade embedded system knowledge by attending training programs on embedded system. After the introduction of summer training in the engineering curriculum, it is now possible for students to go to the leading electronics development companies for their training needs. All they need is to get a training letter from their college carrying the details of the students and NO OBJECTION DETAILS of the colleges of their students being trained in any electronics company. But, unfortunately there are very few electronics companies which deals in training services for technical students. In fact, most of the organization which provides embedded system training are training institute and not training companies. As only training experience of training companies are only being considered during recruitment drive of electronics companies.

There is a genuine reason behind this as training quality of training companies are much better then training institutes. The development labs in the companies in which students are being trained are very advanced as compared to the labs of training institutes. The another main reasons is, in training companies students get their training in the supervision of embedded system professionals which are in the electronics products development for so many years. Whereas in training institutes the training experts are not well experienced.
