D. The operational goals should be small and achievable. If small operational goal become big then achievement for the main goal is not possible.
E. The goal should be realistic that which you can achieve.
F. It's also possible to set goals that are too difficult because you might not appreciate either the obstacles in the way or understand how much skill you need to develop to achieve a particular level of performance.
After achievement of a goal, enjoy the satisfaction of having done and move further for achieving new goal.
