Malaga is a province in the Andalucía region of Spain. The capital city of this province also has the name Malaga. Rincon de la Victoria is located near the city of Malaga as the distance between the two is only ten kilometers. There are many famous tourist resorts in spain and Rincon de la Victoria is one of the them because of its fine beaches which comprises of around nine kilo meters.

Because of the growing visitors in this part of Spain, there are developments at a rapid pace. There are human settlements in the area because of its exotic beauty. A total estimate shows that the area comprises of a total population of around forty thousand people. The local population of the town comprises of Spanish as well as foreigners from various countries. This place receives visitors from all parts of the world.

The majority of visitors in this area are from Spain, UK, Italy, Germany and France. Reaching Rincon de la Victoria is not a big issue in Spain. This town is located on N-340. It can be approached easily from Malaga because this town is very closely located to Malaga city. It can be reached by hiring a car, taxi or by bus with an ease.

The best time to visit Rincon de la Victoria is the month of September. The reason is that an annual festival by the name of Boquerón is held in it in September. This fiesta is important and enjoyable because it has cooking contests, dancing and music activities mostly. Apart from this Rincon de las Victoria has many other festivals. There is a music festival celebrated in the month of February with the name Benagalbon. In June the festival of Feria de Torre de Benagalbon is held. Similarly there are three different festivals held in the month of July every year.

The town of Rincon de la Victoria is historical. There are proofs showing existence of this town in the pre-historic era. An estimate shows that it was even existent in 35000 BC. There is a Roman Fortress remains in the town that belong to the third century. There was a castle of Bezmiliana built by the Arabs in this town and the remains of that can be seen even today. The town holds strong strategic importance even today. That is the same reason it has good income from trade and tourism both.
