The site is attractive and can give the customer the confidence to conduct business with them. The attractiveness and simplicity of the site paints a very pretty picture to the customer. They will be eager to do business with the site as they feel that they would get the best services from the site. This means that the customer would have made the payment expecting proper facilities but would be cheated. In many cases customers have paid for gyms and saunas that were not available. When the customers try to contact the customer care they have to face hours of waiting before they can get a customer care representative online. The online site also offers no help. This means that a customer could get stranded in an unfamiliar place with no tickets and no place to stay. It is always better to read the reviews before you choose an online site to make your bookings. You can also contact the hotel and airlines directly to get your bookings done. They may have more offers than the travel site. This would be even more profitable for the customer.
