Fast and Effective Relief for Snotty Noses

By Lexor Ahris Subscribe to RSS | July 5th 2012 | Views:

If you are the parent of a baby or toddler it is no surprise that small children seem to get sick on a fairly regular basis. A snotty baby nose is something that parents have to deal with more often than they would like. Children get sick fairly often because they are always touching everything and they want to put just about everything they get their hands on into their mouths. Of course as a parent you want your child to be as comfortable as possible and one way to relieve some of their congestion is to use a baby nasal aspirator.

A traditional nasal aspirator is a bulb syringe which is nothing more than a rubber sphere with a tube coming out of it. You squeeze on the bulb to get the air out and insert the tube into your child's nostril. Then you release pressure on the bulb and this creates suction that helps to remove mucus. The problem with a typical bulb syringe is that it can accidentally be inserted too deep into the baby's nostril causing damage or irritation. They may also need to be used multiple times to remove all blockages.

A better solution is the Mama for Baby Nasal Aspirator. This device works like a baby nasal vacuum. You gently insert the nozzle into your child's nostril while holding on the collection canister. You position the nozzle so that the baby's nostril forms a seal around it and hold it in place for a couple of seconds while watching to make sure that mucus is being sucked into the collection canister. Then repeat the process on the other nostril.

The Mama for Baby Nasal Aid uses your own household vacuum cleaner to create suction. You don't have to worry about creating too much suction because there is an adapter nozzle that regulates the amount of suction to keep your baby safe. The Mama for Baby Nasal Vacuum has been clinically tested and medically approved and is both safe and comfortable to use on children from birth to about age 6 when they are able to blow their nose with a tissue. Using the Mama for Baby Nasal Aid allows for consistent suction so you can use it in a nostril until the mucus is cleared without the need to repeatedly squeeze and insert a bulb syringe.

The Mama for Baby Nasal Aid provides gentle suction but it is powerful enough to remove the mucus that is blocking your child's nasal passages. Your child will breathe more easily, sleep better, and both you and your child will feel more relaxed. It is a device that is simple and easy to use and is a fast and effective way to give your child relief.
