Home Remedies for Fungal Infection That Give Amazing Results

Fungal infections are caused by invasion of fungus in our body. There are certain factors which can cause fungal infection such as antibiotics, weakened immune system, diabetes, clothing and personal contact. Some of the common symptoms of fungal infection are small reddish brown spots on chest, back, upper arms and legs.

There are several home remedies for fungal infection which are easy to use and are quite safe to try at home without any risk of side effects. Some of the popular home remedies for fungal infection which are being used since a very long time and have proved to be quite effective in many cases are:

1. One of the most effective home remedies for fungal infection is the use of tea tree oil. It is known to have anti-fungal property which is very useful in treating this ailment. Just take a cotton ball and soak it in tea tree oil. You can dab this cotton ball on the affected region of your body.

2. Vinegar is considered to be one of the most efficient home remedies for this infection. Just soak the affected region in vinegar for twenty minutes. Or you can even try applying vinegar on the affected area by cotton ball.

3. Garlic is also very effective in treating fungal infection. Just take some cloves of garlic and mash them properly to form a paste. You can now apply this garlic paste on the affected region of your body. Consuming garlic on daily basis is also equally beneficial in treating this ailment.

4. Applying clove oil or clove powder on the affected region of your body will help in giving relief from its symptoms and will cause quick healing.

5. During warm weather try to keep your skin sweat free and dry. This will prevent the infection from spreading.

6. Take equal quantities of apple cider vinegar and vinegar. Mix them together and then soak a cotton ball in this mixture. Now use this cotton ball to apply this mixture on the affected region of your body. Wait for half an hour and then wash with water.

7. Wear loose cotton clothes to allow absorption of sweat and better air flow.

8. Avoid consumption of coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolates, corn syrup, cheese, acidic foods, food additives, hydrogenated fats, mono sodium glutamate, junk food, excessive sugar, excessive salt, spicy food and refined oil.

9. Foods good for fungal infections are garlic, oatmeal, mashed beans, applesauce, vinegar, onion and yogurt.

10. Olive oil leaf extract is known to have antiviral properties. You can apply it directly on the affected region on regular basis.

11. Turmeric is known to have antifungal and antibacterial properties. Take some turmeric powder and mix it with water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected region and wait for half an hour. Later wash with normal water.

12. Yogurt can also be very helpful in treating this infection. Applying yogurt on the infected area will give your relief from the symptoms of this infection.
