Vasse Felix Winery: One of the best Margaret River attractions, Vasse Felix was the first commercial winery and vineyard to be founded in the area by Doctor Tom Cullity back in 1967. The South West is one of the world’s most beautiful wine regions, and has gained a worldwide reputation for its top-quality wines.
Duckstein Brewery: Located in the center of the Wilyabrup region, Duckstein Brewery at Saracen Estates brings to Margaret River the best of two worlds. Here you can enjoy traditionally brewed German Duckstein beers and award winning, premium quality Saracen Estates wines under one roof.
Eagle Bay, Bunker Bay and Meelup: These three bays are all located on the right hand side of Cape Naturaliste Road. Facing Geography Bay, each of the coves is unique and at the same time relaxing.
Margaret River Chocolate Company: Margaret River Chocolate Company is one of the must-see places in WA, with manufacturing, café and sales facilities in both the Swan Valley and Margaret River. Visitors can see chocolates being made and taste chocolate.
Boranup Forest: One of the finest Margaret River attractions for nature lovers, Boranup Forest is a century old regrowth forest of soaring Karri trees, some of which are more than 60 meters in height. There are numerous picnic places and limited camping facilities available in the forest.
Caves: Margaret River offers tourists some of the most stunning and unique cave experiences in Australia. There are more than 350 caves in the area, but just a few are open to the public. The three main caves are called Jewel Cave, Mammoth Cave and Ngilgi Cave. Each is decorated with its own unique formations and has a special tale to tell.
As well as these, there are numerous other things to see and do in Margaret River. Regardless of your age and interests, the impressive range of Margaret River attractions will ensure you have the holiday you have always wanted.
