Step2. Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt and enter your computer with administrator account and password.

Step3. Enter net user on the command prompt, and click “Enter”. It will list all the user names of your Windows accounts. Here I take “Jack” as a user account for example

Step4. Enter net user”jane 123” on command prompt and click “Enter”. This command line means that you want to reset the lost “Jack” account password to “123”. When it takes effect, you’ll be able to logon the Jack account with the new password of “123”.

Step5. Now all the operations finished and you can restart your computer.
