If someone sends you a file saved in the newest format, you may not be able to open it, if you are using an older version of the software. If you don’t address these seemingly minor inconveniences as soon as possible, the productivity of the employees in your Washington DC office space may be affected.
Access to Amenities. The typical corporate employee works eight hours, at the least. During those hours, the employee may need to go to the water cooler, the pantry, or the comfort room. These amenities in your Washington DC office space should be easily accessible to your employees to avoid other employees—who are focused on their work—getting distracted from co-workers who have to walk an extra mile to go to the comfort room or the water cooler.
