Companies having such an attitude will never be able to add any values to your company. PR personnel should put in their own understanding, experience and skills and not just blindly accept whatever you ask them to do. If the company has no questions for you, your money is probably wasted.

Silly mistakes are never welcomed in official works. An odd grammatical error is still ok but if you find that the pr companies are making too many spelling mistakes and the writing is not uniform, you can ask them to brush up their skills while you move one to look for another company. Finally, the PR personnel should have a cool head, sharp mind, passionate about work.
