In case if you have once built a bad reputation for lack of knowledge or sincerity, it would be quite hard defending your reputation, because defending reputation is always harder than building it. Therefore, be careful, if you are not sincere to people or in the habit of exaggerating about everything in life, this will not put a good impact on the people reading your blog. The important thing that you should focus on for now is that maintaining reputation is always harder than building it. However, the first step is

building and then maintaining it forever.

If you have just established your blog and starting out your first post, just concentrate on giving your best shot for the purpose of gaining readers’ attention and putting the first wonderful impression. It does not matter how much great personality you are or how many friends you have offline, but in the online world the question is how you can show or prove your worth and sincerity to the online community. It may sound hard but in reality it is not as hard as it appears.

Never underestimate the online community; they are the same people we come across in our daily lives offline. People in the online world are as smart as the offline people are, actually they are the same people. Your writing tone and style will tell them instantly about your personality, regardless how much you struggle for hiding it. But is it a fact that nobody can hide his personality for a long period of time.
