Invitation themes as per the season of the event

There is actually no hard and fast rule as to which style you should choose for the wedding invitations ensembles or birth announcements. Given that you are free to choose any theme, pattern or style for the invitations, you are left with almost everything in the world. However, there can be times when you would just like to pull out some inspiration from the season in which the event is taking place. If you have decided to go by the season’s theme or style, here are just a few ideas that can take off your imagination and ideas for invitations, whether for wedding ensembles or for birth announcements.

Simply because it is the season that allows people to rejoice beaches and gardens, does not mean you have to choose these two themes only. You can go beyond these themes and try various other things that ‘kiss-of-sun-season’ give you. Being the vibrant season, you are free to choose bright colors, ideas and backgrounds. While the colors that can suit your invitation cards include mustard, red, bright yellow, aqua, fuchsia, navy, orchid and hot pink, you can also choose motifs such as seashells, palm trees, corals, starfish, bamboo, farms, sunflowers and stripes. However, in case of wedding invitation ensembles and birth announcements, the motifs will vary.

Weddings or birth announcements in winter can be just cozy, romantic or warm and you can choose the themes that will reflect the “winter-mood.” If it is for the wedding ensembles, your themes can vary from being quite romantic to seductive and if it is for the birth announcements, you can make the themes more cozy and warm as if to keep the baby protected from chill. You can choose colors like crimson, ice blue, silver, green, metallic, pearlized, ivory, all white, white with ivory and royal purple. The motifs can be crystals, pine cones, holly, snowflakes, poinsettias and warm blankets.

If your wedding ensembles or birth announcements are taking place in fall/autumn, you will probably get clues of picking up on styles and themes that will reflect change of weather into something that is warm. This season will follow natural motifs and warm colors on the invitations. But remember, do not make the mistake of turning your wedding invitation ensembles or birth announcements invitations look like Thanksgiving or Halloween. You can choose colors like browns, gold, burgundy, copper, hunter green and rust orange. The motifs can be harvest, trees, vines, wines, grapes, wheat, leaves and acorns.

This season gives you a more relaxed and magical kind of air. While many weddings might be planned outdoor in this season, the birth announcements might also take place amidst a beautiful location. Floral motifs or pastel colors can be chosen for the invitations. The colors that you can choose from include lime green, lavender, yellow, pastels and pink. The motifs can be ivy, daisies, lilies, butterflies, dragonflies, fruit and bees.

No matter what, your choice of theme or style will vary completely from birth announcements to wedding invitation ensembles.
