Pre-Wedding Duties of wedding organizer
This is the most important state of wedding planner so at first wedding planner should have to meet couple and discuss about wedding planning and their dream. The wedding planner has to accompany the bride and groom and go hunting for the perfect wedding location. Once the venue is finalized the wedding organizer has to consult with the bride and groom about the wedding theme they want for the marriage and have a concrete vision of the wedding to be planned.
Make guest list and send the wedding invitations and keeping a track of the replies is also one of the duties of the wedding planner. Other preparations that need to be made are the bride and groom's clothing. Other arrangements that need to be made are the bride and groom's clothing. The perfect wedding dress remains to be number one main concern for most of the brides! And of course, there are the bridesmaid dresses (including the maid of honor), as well as the groomsmen dresses (including the best man) to be taken care.
Work of a Wedding organizer During the Wedding
When wedding ceremony is started at that time wedding planner should have to concentrated on whole wedding ceremony and take care of all things like parking, lighting and venues and many other related to wedding. The marriage planner has to ensure that all the other hired services like the wedding caterers, decorators, musicians and singers, and the photographers are doing their job efficiently! Ensuring that all the guests are enjoying themselves and more importantly ensuring that the bride and groom are happy with the way things are going is the most important duty of the wedding organizer!
Post-Wedding Duties of a Wedding organizer
After finishing wedding, there are some responsibilities of wedding organizer like they should have to check that all guests have take favors or not. The wedding planner is supposed to the person who ensures that the wedding location has been vacated by the allotted time. The wedding planner has to ensure that all the bills for all the hired services are cleared. Last but not the least, the marriage planner has to make sure that the bride-groom and their guests had a great time and would revert for any future events and weddings to arrange!
