Mussoorie Lake: This beautiful man-made lake is located on the Dehradun road. It is situated 6 km from Mussoorie main town. Camel’s Back Point: This place was so named because of the large rock situated here which resembles a camel’s back. Kempty Falls: Mussoorie tour would be incomplete without visiting this attraction. This place is located 15 km from the main town. Laying amidst majestic hills you will witness cold and fresh water gushing down with extreme force. It is said that during the British rule, tea parties were conducted here at this place. Lal Tibba (Depot Hill): Get a breath-taking view of the entire landscape from this fascinating point. Lal Tibba is the highest point in Mussoorie. It is located in Landour, which is believed to be the oldest inhabited of the region. Visit this place and also marvel at the British architectural grandeur. Gun Hill: This is the second highest peak of Mussoorie. History has it that during the colonial era, a gun was placed on top of this hill. Moreover, the gun was fired at mid-day to let know the time. However you can travel up to a distance of 7 km on vehicle and you are to cover the rest of the distance by foot. If you want to spend some relaxed time with friends and want to go for a picnic with family, this is the best place for you.

Jwalaji Temple: Religious travelers must visit this Hindu temple, located 9 km from Mussoorie main town. The temple is dedicated to Goddess ‘Durga’. Located on top of the Benog Hill, the temple is enveloped with thick green forests. This is a perfect spot for serenity and photography. You can also enjoy a bewildering view of the Doon Valley, Himalayan peaks, and the Yamuna valley.
