Buddhist tours are one of the most spiritual tours for any traveler who wants to know the real meaning of Dharma. Buddhism was found in the northern India, the country which houses a wide range of monuments and locales related to Buddhism. It is in the countries including Nepal, India and Bhutan where Buddhism was first started. Buddha was born here, attained full enlightenment, turned the wheel of Dharma twelve times and finally, Buddha entered into Parinirvana.

There are several Buddhist pilgrimages that are flocked by the pilgrims from all over the world in large numbers. The India Buddhist tour includes places such as Lumbini, Sarnath, Bodh Gaya and Vaishali etc. We would speak at length about all these places and more in the following article.

It includes the famous Bodhi Tree. It is surrounded with a beautiful garden in Buddha’s time which retains its legendary charm and beauty.

This place also houses three monasteries that cater to the local as well as foreign visitors.
