Gatwick Airport Restaurants and Eating
Even if you are staying in one of the hotels in Gatwick Airport, it is essential that you can find somewhere to get a good healthy meal while you are in the terminal, waiting for your flight. In fact there are several options available to travellers, whatever their tastes.
Caviar House & Prunier is a seafood bar, which is open all day. Passengers can get a breakfast there and the menu includes caviar, smoked salmon and a good wine list. This is one of the healthiest options for meals at the airport and while it may sound somewhat formal, the atmosphere is actually quite relaxed, so nobody will feel out of place and children are welcome.
‘Eat’ is a café, which is open all day and there are plenty of options available. It offers a range of sandwiches and soups on its menu, which should suit most travellers. Snacks can be taken away, so you do not need to eat in if you are in a hurry. ‘Eat’ provides a light dining experience, which is ideal for those who just want something to keep them going.
Garfunkel’s has a wide variety of dishes on its menu and there are also children’s menus available. Children are given an activity pack to keep them occupied and the menu includes a variety of British and American dishes. The restaurant is open all day and guests can have a meal or just a drink and a snack if they prefer.
