Resolve Your Tenancy Issues with Broward County Eviction Process

By James Subscribe to RSS | March 19th 2012 | Views:

Giving your house or property on rent might be a good idea but sometimes it creates troubles and proves to be a big headache when the tenants refuse to pay you their rent on the desired due date as agreed upon by you and the tenant. In such cases, broward county eviction process can be a great relief as you can easily fight back for your right. This eviction process calls for a three day notice to the tenant to pay the unpaid amount or evacuate the property failing which a legal action can be taken against the tenant.

Even if after this three day eviction notice the tenant denies to leave the property then a court case can easily be filed against him. This three day notice which is provided should not include any public holidays or weekends so that the tenant gets a fair chance to accumulate the money within these three days and can clear off his dues. Even if the tenant does not pay back the required amount which is due on him then the house owner or the property owner can easily lodge an objection with the help of a court which falls under his jurisdiction.

In order to execute the eviction process it is essential that the property owner had substantial evidences to support his complaint in order to prove that the tenant is an offender. You even need to show that you have provided the three day eviction notice to the tenant to allow him to repay back the due amount of rent. If the court finds your documents to be true and legal then the tenant is called in for a hearing within five days. If the tenant agrees to pay the due rent within the time frame provided by the court then no legal action is taken against him.
