One of my neighbors had a huge plot located in a beautiful valley. He was thinking of starting a firm in it because it was vacant for many years and no other family member was there to claim it. They will also be able to market your property efficiently to increase the market value and take care of the tenant relation which matters a lot in any type of property. Any defect will be detected first as the inspection report would be send on regular interval. The price you pay is nothing compared to the relief that you get.
