‘Cloud computing’ has now become a common term nowadays and has been told to be a future trend. Enterprise Mobility theory states that business and individuals would not be limited by the applications in desktops. The utilities, services and applications required for enhancing your work performance could be hosted simply in ‘cloud’ and or by some provider depending on your choice. You would require a browser and internet connection for accessing them from any place.

If you are dependent on some software application for communication in your business, then you would be installing each of them in every desktop for your employees in the organization and that would mean you need to pay for the software or software license for each of the workstations. However, in case you use enterprise mobility for hosting applications, then you would require just one application to be hosted with the service provider and the employees could simply log on and use this service from any part of the world. This technology is also perfect for individuals who always have to be on the move and require constant access to the files or need to store them at locations where it would be easy for the other members to have a view of them.
